Unhurried care for every stage of life.
A family general practice in the heart of Ghent. Same-day slots when you're unwell, unhurried time when you need it, and a GP who knows your history — in Dutch, French or English.
Everyday reasons people come to see us.
As your family doctors we handle the vast majority of health questions — and we know when to refer, and to whom.
How care works here.
Book
Reserve online or by phone. Same-day slots are kept free for acute problems.
Consult
An unhurried appointment — around twenty minutes — in the language you prefer.
Plan
A clear plan together: prescriptions, tests or a referral, explained plainly.
Follow up
Results arrive through your portal, held by a GP who knows your full history.
Medicine that takes the time to listen.
Good primary care is mostly about continuity and attention. We keep your Global Medical Record (GMD / DMG) so the same small team follows your story, and we build the schedule around real conversations rather than the clock.
- Longer, calmer consultations — no rushing you out the door.
- One shared record, so nothing gets repeated or lost between visits.
- Shared decisions: we explain the options and choose together.
- Prevention first — we look ahead, not only at today's complaint.

Continuity
You keep the same GP wherever possible, with one shared record behind every visit.
Prevention first
We look for the problems worth catching early, not only the one in front of us today.
Plain language
No jargon for its own sake. You leave understanding what's happening and why.
Everything you need before you visit.
Practical answers on your first appointment, fees, opening hours and getting results — so there are no surprises.
Your first visit
Registering as a new patient takes a few minutes at the desk. Please bring:
- Your Belgian eID (or passport)
- Your mutualiteit / mutuelle details
- A list of any current medication
- Any referral letters or recent results
Fees & reimbursement
We are a conventioned (RIZIV / INAMI) practice, so fees follow the official rates. You pay at the visit and are reimbursed by your mutualiteit, usually within days.
| Service | Fee | You keep (approx.) |
|---|---|---|
| Standard consultation | € 27.00 | ± € 4–6 |
| Preventive check-up | € 32.00 | ± € 6 |
| Home visit | € 42.00 | ± € 8–12 |
Indicative amounts. With a Global Medical Record (GMD / DMG) your reimbursement is higher.
